INBISNIS Property is a company whose entire service focuses on matters related to Property. INBISNIS Property is a brand that we built under PT Flores Properti Indonesia, a limited liability company under the laws of the Republic of Indonesia.

Rudi Sembiring Meliala’s decision to establish PT Flores Properti Indonesia was motivated by his experience since 2013 in providing services in the field of property-related matters, including mediation of land disputes, legal processing of land certificates, making land plots, processing business licenses, marketing land and buildings. All of these activities are based on requests for assistance from various clients from within and outside the country.

There are always and often requests for assistance in various matters related to land and buildings to be taken care of including requests for marketing of land and buildings to be sold. Therefore, the idea of establishing a Property company to continue and develop all the services that have been carried out so far. So in 2019 PT Flores Properti Indonesia was established in Labuan Bajo with offices in Bali and Labuan Bajo.

The services that we develop are all related to Land or Building Property, among others:

Due Diligence or Land Status Research to ensure whether there are cross disputes or not before a purchase transaction is made.
Checking the validity, completeness of land documents before the land purchase process is carried out.
Processing of Land Certificates, especially for land that has not been titled or split certificates.
Measurement, Plotting, making Contour Map or Topography data for land that will be made design or development plan.
Settlement of land issues such as land boundary or ownership disputes by way of Mediation.
Maintenance, guarding, supervision of land that has not been built or used.
Making land presentations with photos, videos, drones for marketing needs,
and also as an agent for selling, buying and renting Property.

The coverage area that has been served to date includes Jakarta, Batam, Surabaya, Bali, Labuan Bajo, West Manggarai, Sumba Island, Rote Island, Mentawai Island, Medan City, Palembang, Indonesia.

INBISNIS Property has been registered as a member of Indonesian Real Estate Broker Association (AREBI) which makes it one of the official Property Brokers in Indonesia. Currently INBISNIS Property is also trusted by the DPP AREBI as the Chairman of the preparation of the formation of the AREBI Board for East Nusa Tenggara Province, Indonesia.

We are currently partnering with Tanamori Resort Labuan Bajo from Triniti Land, Mawatu Resort Labuan Bajo in marketing.

Our clients and partners so far consist of foreigners and Indonesians domiciled in Bali and major cities of Indonesia, hence we opened offices in Bali and Labuan Bajo, Indonesia.
